SUMMARY:Chicago Sensory Theatre Summit Industry Mixer at Chicago Children's Theatre
DESCRIPTION:Kick off Chicago Children’s Theatre’s first-ever Sensory Theatre Summit with us on February 2nd! This celebratory mixer launches a groundbreaking month of workshops and events honoring our 20 years of pioneering access-oriented theatre. The evening will feature a welcome and summit overview from Co-Founder and Artistic Director Jacqueline Russell\, conversation with special guest Andy Slater\, a Chicago-based blind media artist and CCT creative collaborator\, light fare\, drinks\, and good conversation. In our fast-paced theatre community\, it’s rare to simply connect over cheese and community\, and that’s exactly what we are going to do. \nAttendees will get a preview of the month’s exciting programming while networking with teaching artists\, arts administrators\, and fellow artists creating innovative sensory and access-oriented theatre. \n  \nAccessibility: Sensory Friendly \nWebsite: https://ci.ovationtix.com/34957/production/1260856?performanceId=11737365
