DESCRIPTION:Join us on the 2nd Monday of each month in G.A.R. Hall to build resilience through artist-led sessions of various creative modalities. Resilience helps deal with difficult challenges with flexibility and creativity. The Resilience Series is open to anyone interested in exploring art as a healing practice.
